Signal Analyst journey map

Every customer and operator journey the audit reached, step by step, with the screenshot captured at each step. Live site walked signed out; staging walked signed in (shop juniper-co). Click any screenshot to enlarge it.

The journeys don't connect. Setup (J2) ends on the Status page with no route to Claude (J4) or Slack (J7). Slack has no entry point from any customer page. A customer can finish setup and never reach the product.

Slop score by page

“Slop” here means copy and decoration that reads as generated and does nothing for the person using the page: labels that repeat the heading, taglines in the middle of a task, disclaimers written for a code reviewer, and system vocabulary shown to customers. Functional bugs (the “Unauthorized” banner, the 500 on Sources) are scored in the journeys above, not here.

How items are weighted

3 · High
Misleads or steers the user away from the task.
2 · Medium
Confuses, or takes real space and attention for no benefit.
1 · Low
Harmless filler that adds noise.
